Concrete between houses/garages

I am a fan of landscaping. I would do grass...unless you plan on parking something there, then I'd do rock or concrete.

i dont plan on parking anything there because then i'd be over the sidwalk, which is heavily used

also, i have to cut off the water/sprinkler ssytem to the boulevard (since we'll have concretee over the lines). SO, i think i answered my own question! rock it is
