Contemplating a shop build

Id have been quite happy with a well finished shop. For me, I just couldn’t see the value

What are the advantages and/or disadvantages of an "eaveless" shop? For instance - is it less susceptible to wind damage?

I couldn’t figure out how I would keep gutters clean living in the woods. I graded it and put heavy plastic and rock 2’ out from the walls. We had heavy rain Sunday pm and this seemed to work like I had planned. Hopefully this works
I guess I can still add gutters if needed
I’m definitely open to ideas

Could put the gutters with the gutter shields on them they work good. I have seen concrete getting eaten away from water coming off the roof over time

One difference is venting the attic space through the soffits…no attic space means no venting needed.

My 36x60 shop has trees on one complete side and on the back. I go up there and clean the gutters twice a year.
When it rains heavily, the 5" down spout is like a fire hydrant, with that much roof gathering water. Just saying, doesn't take long to erode the dirt or fill away with that much water falling. First heavy rain you will know, hopefully it goes well for you
