Anyone else a big fan of cowboy candy, I like mine with some habenero added in. Goes good on a fried egg sandwich or adding it to your chili sauce. I have heard other putting them in scrambled eggs or on French toast.

I get smoked cowboy candy. A whole new demographic of taste
Shut up how can you possibly make cowboy candy better than it already is, do you smoke the jalapeños before you cut them up? Kidding emoji

Yes, can and should be put on everything. Intrigued by the smoked option - recipe or SOP for that? I haven't made my own, but I imagine a guy could make habanero candy or any other variety you want for more or less heat or flavor. Ok, new mission for my pepper harvest this year.....
