I was up there that night. It was a guy and his wife. Both were sober and somehow just didnt see the shore.

That leaves three scenarios.
1.) She was driving.
2.) She was nagging the driver.
3.) She was blowing the driver.

WTF and they are worried about ATVs and snowmobiles on shore in the winter???? I wonder if they will look into having boats on shore in the summer now. :;:huh.........................;:;rofl .................;:;boozer

Unless it was his birthday, pretty much rules out #3. Even then, highly unlikely. I'd guess most likely a combination of 1 and 2.

Glad nobody was seriously injured or that someone didn't have a heart attack while out fishing , That was my first thought. Now that I know the story it gets a little more emotional. I giggle at that picture thinking that if it would have happened to me or one of my buddies that picture would be worth a lifetime of jokes and ribbing.

Throttle or steering malfunction is usually the culprit in those scenarios.
