Did MN fishing hit the crapper???

I like fishing in mn because I like to catch panfish too. Spend about 1/3 of my time there. Loons are a bonus.

I live (barely) in MN. My boat is still registered in ND because that's where I most often fish.

I fish in Minnesota all the time and the fishing isn't the best but when you finally get something its usually worth it.
