that's great, I worked for the person you bought that from, Otto, for a few years during deer seasons deboning and such and he also keep everything separate until smoking and during smoking it was all tagged to the named person and you got your stuff back. Very glad to see that it has continued in this fashion since you have taken over, for that I say thank you from me and in the memory of Otto. dukgnfsn

One year in Ohio I took my deer to a butcher shop as I had no place to work on a deer living in a small apartment and temps were warm. They assigned a tag to each carcass and it went station to station with the meat. The big issue for me was the piles of deer in the walk-in and out in the trailer. Never have to worry about being at the bottom of the pile by doing your own. The area they were in gave up 4 to 6,000 deer per county each year and gun season was 7 days. Piles of deer.
