Anybody have any info on when a guy can apply for the lotto? It said apps will be out middle of August on the website, now it says apps are due Sept 7 but I can't find a link to apply for the lotto. Must be still working on deer preference points.

I see the same thing, very odd. Probably taking a week off after the pronghorn lottery to regroup.
