I wouldn't normally hesitate restarting our league but with Arrow being gone I have dragged my feet for a while now. So:

1. Do the remaining members want to restart the league?
2. We need to fill the tenth spot to be able to draft. How would you like to proceed.

I'm in. Wernt there a couple that got booted last year for nonpayment. Or did they finally pay?

There was one that has been consistently late or ghosted me on payment a couple of years now. I switched the league to a cash league in that you will pay yahoo via credit card or paypal in order to enter into the league. Entry is 30$ paying out top three and best record.
