As a step dad, I can tell you it's probably good the police caught this youngster. Being that my girl is 20 months old and we use those style of swings, I think I would have gone ballistic if I would have seen someone do this. I am usually pretty mild tempered, but things like this make me so furious. I hope this young person gets the punishment they deserve, but moreover the mental help they need. Normal people don't do things of this nature. Calling Dr. Freud.
