I did say I thought the sentence was harsh for what happened. I thought them guilty, but the punishment exceeded the crime. I had some people who would not acknowledge that I did have compassion for these two ranchers while at the same time don't think they should get something back that the gov paid for and paid more than it was worth. If I sell my house to Joe and my grand kids want it back in 70 years the public would think them nuts.

Trump did the right thing. They have now served more than enough time.
