Who is sponsoring this bill . Good lord . Before the current law was passed there would be campers setting in the SW corner for weeks with out of state plates on them . The current law seemed to really alleviate that .
I don’t see what the problem is with the current law either. There is no maximum on how many days you can hunt upland. All this bill would do is reduce license sales and revenue. If you’re able to spend more than 14 days hunting in ND and can afford to be away from your home and job that long I highly doubt having to buy another license is a major obstacle.

Grrrrr reminds me of on my way back from an elk hunt my friend and I stopped for a couple hours at our favorite prairie dog town. Out in the middle of it was two vehicles and a big 5th wheel. On public land and this young rancher shows up and they are his client. When he found out we had been elk hunting he proceeds to tell us about the six big bulls he has shot with deptedation permits. Left a real bad taste for a long time.
