Some pictures from this weekend's SD goat hunting adventure

So can you say what part of the state? That bachelor group has allot of the bucks i fear. The ones just big enough to tempt the hell out of you but will undoubtedly shrink big time when you walk up to them. But the front one of the main group looks plenty big.

Those are some nice pics. We lost most of our pictures thanks to a computer crash , I should sort what we have now and put them on CD .




The only thing between the bird feeder and our cat is the window, The squirrel used to get up there right in the cats face and look it in the eye and torment the heck out of it. That's the old cat, It never brought a bird or a critter home but we didn't have a mouse in the house. The new cat doesn't care about mice and we had one in the house but it brings home a pocket gopher about every other day and it places a few leftover parts on the doorstep. I think it digs out the tunnel and sits and waits for them to plug the hole, I looked at a mound that it laying on and there was just one small hole.

So is it a moth or a bird? I've had one of those over my flowers a couple times but couldn't get a pic.

Moth....that resembles a hummingbird is my understanding.
