LAKE AUDUBON FISHING TOURNAMENT, May 16, 2015
The rules meeting will be held at the Garrison Convention Building on May 15.
Registration begins at 5 p.m. The meeting will begin at 6 p.m. At least one person from each team must attend unless they have a verified emergency. Boat check in for the tournament will begin at 5:30a May 16 at the Totten Trail ramp. Shotgun start is at 7 a.m. See below for complete Rules and Regulations as well as a printable entry form. Entry forms must be completed and turned in by each team by May 15. Entry fee may be paid via Paypal using the button below or mailing a check to PFTF, PO Box 594, Minot ND 58702. PHEASANTS FOR THE FUTURELAKE AUDUBONWALLEYE TOURNAMENTMAY 16TH 2015Participants and Eligibility: Each team must complete entry form and return with payment by May 15th. Noentries will be allowed on the day of tournament. Two person teams with one person at least 18 years of age or older will beallowed. Anyone 16 years of age and older must possess a valid ND fishing license. PFTF has the right to refuse the entry of any team or individual that does notabide by any rule set by PFTF or NDGF. All NDGF rules and regulations apply. The first 100 teams to enter with a $200 entry fee will be allowed to participate. If the entries fill, there will be a waiting list for cancellations or earlydisqualifications.Walleye Scoring: Only walleye will be weighed. Each team may catch 10 walleye total and weigh the 5 biggest fish. No culling! There is a 15” minimum length and no maximum. Longest measuring method willbe used. Payouts are based on the number of teams entered. $18,000 total cash prizes ifall teams enter. Top 10 will be paid. 10% will be given to the Game and Fish forLake Audubon Fish Reproduction. First place: $5,000Second place: $3,800Third place: $2,800Fourth place: $1,700Fifth place: $1,200Sixth place: $900Seventh place: $800Eighth place: $700Ninth place: $600Tenth place: $500 Walleye can be dead, but any member of PFTF may use his or her discretion todetermine if a fish has been dead longer than 8 hours. Any ties will split the prize for their position. Any team up to 5 minutes late will forfeit 50% of their total weight. Any teamsmore than 5 minutes late will be disqualified. If the tournament is cancelled, all teams will be reimbursed their entry fee and nomake-up day is scheduled. Any cheating will result in a life-long ban from any PFTF event and theperpetrator’s information will be submitted to the Game and Fish Department.Tournament Registration and Rules Meeting: The rules meeting will be held at the Garrison Convention Building. Food will be served anddrinks will be available in compliments of the Stoney End Supper Club. At least one person from each team must attend the meeting or it will result in animmediate disqualification and no refund will be given. Verified emergencies willbe the only exception. If a team from the waiting list is present, they will replace the disqualified team. Any team that is not registered by 6:30pm will result in a 30 minute penalty attake off. Any team not registered by 7:00pm will result in disqualification without refund ofentry fees unless a verified emergency is evident.Walleye Tournament Format: Boat check-in begins at 5:30am May 16th at the Totten Trail boat ramp. Shotgun start at 7:00am. All boats must return and offload one partner with fish by 3:00pm or at least inline to off load. No one will be allowed to contact another boat during tournament hours nor canthey go on shore unless there is an emergency or inclement weather. Marine band radios are encouraged by all fishermen for emergencies. 6 mile corner will be opening at 5am Saturday morning for anyone that needs bait or other goodies.
