Latest HR satellite images

I was surprised Google earth's latest image update is 22 months ago. wondering if there are any recent HD images that might be out there ? I tried NOAA and NDSWC but couldn't find any in HD .

Apple Maps was updated about mid year 2024 i think but not near the features of google earth or ability to zoom in as well. Other than that I haven't found anything more recent.

Little different topic, but I just met the Google street view car in my cul-de-sac the other day when I got home from work.

google street view in my area was updated earlier this year. Their satellite imagery is lacking though. I usually bounce between google earth and the ND GIS Hub for aerial imagery but i've been using apple maps some lately just because they are the most recent.

Google earth has been slacking lately, with better and better tech, I would expect they would update their images more often, but the last picture of my land is from 7/23 which Im a little irritated about. I would expect at least yearly updates, Im sure the pictures are available somewhere.

Google Earth Pro different locations have different imagery. Yesterday I looked at a project on Main Street in Stanley ND and the image date was 5/4/25 and my place was 3/7/25. the street view are from 6/23

NRCS usually has top notch up to date maps , I suppose they pay for that service and those images never hit the public .
