I use both back tie-downs, safety chain and winch rope. My biggest problem is forgetting the back tie-downs when launching the boat. How can someone dump a boat like that? Its just not right.

I saw the same thing in Washburn 2 years ago. A mile down the road I passed a truck with an empty trailer and there were 4 heads sticking out the windows looking for something. Wife and I had a good laugh.

How hammered do you have to be to not notice your boat come off the trailer? Granted, if he had a Ford, it's sometimes difficult to tell that your pulling anything so maybe nothing felt different when it slid off, maybe that was his excuse...

lol . . . can you imagine watching that boat skid down the highway! I'd purchase this one over riverfisher's boat any day.

That bites
i have two fiends that jackknifed separate boats off into ditches on the gravel road leading to Indian hills. Both newer loaded boats. Both totaled. Neither one was a rookie driver. The one guy after the rollover accident about a month later with a brand new boat had another snafu when a guy backed up Indian Hills ramp in a RV and totaled that new one he just got. Bad luck on one.. beer may have been involved with rollover
