She’s already working on her insanity defense, claims she put the kids in bed doesn’t know what happened to them. A mother would have to be nuts to slit the throats of her three children.

And that should be reason enough to put someone like this to death. If you are so insane you kill your own kids without knowing you should not be alive to harm anyone else. Take her out and slit her throat and let her bleed out just like her poor kids. An insanity defense should be an automatic death penalty IMO.
