Hope the snow and ice hold off and we don’t get a mass flight out during deer season. It’s been quite a while since we’ve had big numbers in the state from opera to freeze up.

Regina's forecast is about the same as ours so I wouldn't expect anything too crazy to happen soon. Snows have definitely shown up in the central part of the state but nothing major.

The last few years the migration corridor has really shifted we are getting alot here now. I hope they keep it at three. I like they put it to two in arkansas keep the population healthy and they dont need to be pressured. I wonder if anyone is going to follow texas lead and cancel spring snow goose

In the late 90s a speck hovered over our snow goose spread our spread and nobody shot. My dad’s friend swore up and down it was some type of farm goose so we let it go; funny stuff.

The snows showed up, but still waiting on the big mallard clouds.

My bother picked out a speck in the 90's. We were pissed because he had his limit and thought he shot one of ours. I had never seen one, it had orange feet, WTF? He thought it was a duck he just knew it wasn't a honker. We had to look it up, nad in the SD book it was listed at a light-fronted goose I believe. Best eating goose I've ever had BTW! I only got some 2 more times in the mid 2000's

There must be a million snows on the Zahl refuge north of Williston I was putting on some frac trees north of there and on the way home the pond was completely white
