Went a ways south today and got on some big boys. They would just appear out of the fog it was a blast today.

We make jerky and a bunch of different stuff like Mongolian goose going to try honey brown sugar recipe with legs tonight. Got another bunch today it was a blast

I have plucked one goose in my life and it was good but it took me all day

I was flicking thru channels this morning and on Midwest Outdoors a guy was doing like a prime rib sandwich/French dip with ah jus but with goose breast. Looked really good.

Sorry, can't remember the website he said to go to, to get the recipe.

that's too bad those late season birds would pluck pretty easy.
