I wish ND would restrict Minnisoters and their damn ANS. Last summer when I was at a Parshall bay boat landing, out of 18 rigs parked there, 16 were from Minn.

I was at Mayo in Rochester last Monday. And over 1/2 the vehicle in the parking lot were from N.D. So it ok for N.D. resident to come to MN for health care. But you want to put restrictions on hunting and fishing. There is always a down side or trade off somewhere in life.
