I always put the hens under the spare tire.I'd think at least one of them had to be a landowner or family of someone who owns land. It's not like you stuff a bull elk under the front seat like a hen pheasant. Unless you're driving a panel van, someone's gonna see the elk antlers in the pickup.

Absolutely it happens in ND alsoI'm willing to wager that this activity happens a lot more than we'll ever know. Landowners in the remote areas have friends and family that will take advantage of the remoteness and I'm sure more than a few feel entitled to do what they please on their land. I'm curious as to the $1000 reward for an anynonimous tip. How would you collect if it's anynonimous?
