Not sure how I won the wife lottery, but the boy talked mrs johnr into a fishing mother’s day event. We are headed to Tobacco Gardens in the morning. Hoping to be cooking fresh eye for her tomorrow evening

My dad always said about Mother's Day....."well, she isn't MY mom!".

Now they are both gone and, while I respect Dad, I have chosen to honor my wife as a great mother and make the day special......

She is at least half the reason I have two awesome fishing partners after all!

Yup, it would be lonesome and miserable without my wife. I have fished more with her than anyone else. She keeps me on track without me even knowing it. That lady is truly GOD's gift.

Lucky enough to have my mom still around. She is a rock and I’m super excited the she and dad are coming to visit later this week to see my daughter perform in a local play. My wife, to say she is my better half is an understatement, more like my better 9/10ths! Love the ladies in my life!
