Okay evidently this is going to be a big deal. When this was discussed in my 15 year old grandson's class (Overland Park, KS) He told the teacher he would NOT participate. It was not mandated but the teacher asked why. His comment was something like this: This has been talked about and published for awhile so everyone knows the time and date. So why do we want to go outside for those 17 minutes when all the wackos know about it. We will just like sitting ducks out there. I'll just stay in here and do my homework.

Sorry this Grandpa thought he was fairly astute.
