I'll host. I'm 70 miles northwest of Bismarck. A friend has a rifle range with cement benches at different ranges. It's was open to the public. But somebody used the cement benches for targets. He likes to know who is in there now. Not a problem.

After the shoot we'll have elk steaks and beer. I'll kill the fatted calf. Have an insulated building that can house everyone in case of in-climate weather.

This should be done 3rd weekend of October. Maybe do a little pheasant hunting. The ardent pheasant hunting is winding down for many and the deer season hasn't yet begun.
