It's a bitter/sweet token of remembrance that earned a bit of space to nestle in the corner of the drawer next to the other old cob webs that bequeath our presence.
"Bequeath" Good Word. I like that word. I had one of those as well, but mine didn't survive the muddin' trips. The banks of the Sheyenne are tough on clothes in the summer. Lots of fences, branches, and just plain wear and tear made sieves out of lots of T-shirts. Thanks for the memory lane excursion. Have a great day Capt.
I’m torn in my emotions toward FBO. Some really good memories- but also some bad because extremely inept people drove it into the ground for no good reason.
It was a great website that was ahead of it's time to be honest, and probably still would be. However, FBO is the perfect micro-example of why a totalitarian ruling/leadership style eventually fails....100% of the time.
Oh the good ol FBO.... Anyone ever hear from ol Timmer's these days?.He went and got married had at least one child maybe more by now, then kicked us all to the curb, but agree FBO was great whilst it lasted.
I "lurked" a lot on old Fishing Buddy but after watching this site for a year or so I joined. Love you guys, your the best even when your sometimes the worst. LB
