Cold Calling is not my style nor am I any good at time, just flat out doesn't work for me, so I don't do it. My cover letter writing probably could use some work. After applying for a warehouse position thursday night, i got a call friday at noon for a phone interview to take place monday morning. Thats how these corporations do it now, the HR department starts it off, asks a bunch of question, that gets pass on to the hiring individual, if he's impressed of what you said, then you get an interview. Small compaines just set up an interview right away.
