Anyone from the Freda, Raleigh, St. Gertrude, and Shields area that can give some insight on how the small creeks are doing?

Fields are saturated and standing water with some washing. Small feeder creeks were running maybe 1/3 full today I cant see them going up much higher. Early on I think there was some intermittent downpours but for the most part it came down slow enough to drink most of it in.

Near 6” along Highway 12 west of McIntosh. The highway is shut down there due to muddy construction and people are trying to take county and township roads around the closed area. Many semis and vehicles stranded due to stupidity it sounds like.

Stoneman Creek just 1/4 mile from where it flows into Porcupine creek.

It was a little higher and flowing harder at 8 am. On Wednesday it was almost completely dry.

Yep sure there is a bunch of swift drivers out there. Got some calls for help no chance. It was soft when it was dry and we were hauling out there

They'll be out there for a week. Our place is out there and the township roads can be a real mess. Can't wait to drive on their rutted mess.

Not usually one to bitch but that road project has been a mess. Almost seems like it's in the middle of nowhere on the reservation. Wait a second.....

I can check with that driver when he gets in. Almont, Carson and Elgin the gravel roads weren't even bad.

It is on schedule to how the dot had it planned out. It has been a shit show though with a lot of over run. The guy in charge is about the best dot person in the state he is on top of shit and likes to keep stuff progressing.

I can't argue knowing little. The bridge projects have gone well for sure. Just seems like the surfacing has been a mess for a long time. The soils were a mess when they did it 40 years ago so not a huge surprise. But sure has been a mess since last summer. Nobody on the east side of it even bothers going to Lemmon. That stretch just past Watauga is like driving on grease!

Those bridges at McIntosh and by thunder hawk were actually 2 years over schedule due to rail road stuff and will end up in court with how messed up they were that whole stretch will get paved by two different contractors this summer. Then 12 from Mobridge to the grand is getting done that has to be one of the worst stretches of road in the state

I swear that bouncing on that stretch is what caused by bearing on by boat trailer to go out.

My niece said they are working on HWY 12 from Morristown to Watauga and the rain washed it out where it's under construction.

Ya that’s the stretch we were talking about trucks being stuck on county roads.

That section of hwy 12 has broken so many motor mounts we quit counting and other things can’t wait for it to be done

Seen a culvert washed out south of Isabel today to
