Didn't realize the smell of food cooking was a public nuisance.

I don't see how this could be a problem. The way I see it, this guy has a pretty strong case to fight back against the city. I don't necessarily like the way Burger King in Mandan smells, but I don't complain about it. How has the potato plant in Grand Forks not been shut down yet, or the Mandan Refinery?

no doubt the person that is opposing this is a long time Williston business owner. The city buckled. But the restaurant owner got an injunction against the city now. He should be all over the city because they did the final inspection and improved his restaurant before it opened. the city will come out on the loosing end if this guy wants to be a dick. but he appears to want to rectify the situation but the city wants it done yesterday. he can't get it done that fast.
