I may have missed some updates, but any guesses on when the river around Bismarck will be open? I'll throw out March 20.

It's opening up on the Mandan side this morning and as the spike in water temp is now above 32 degrees, it's on the way out today. I don't know how much I'd trust boating on the river right now as ice chunks from upstream will still be moving through the area as they loosen up and start to travel, but maybe a person will get a couple of days of river time before this weekend's storm runs them off the water.

Not yet no ramps open and not even enough open on river, fished tailrace Saturday not damn thing water is clear as bell.
