I never eat scrambled eggs without some additions. Chopped onions, peppers etc add a lot of flavor as well as some leftover sausage, or ham, or bacon. Usually melt a little cheese in as well and at the end some fresh spinach adds some color and flavor. Whipped or stirred doesn't much matter but folded is how I change to an omelet. All of this with no accent other than the traditional ND lingo.
For me, scrambled eggs are more about ingredients rather than method. Pretty much like a good roll in the hay. The more you put into it, the better. Enjoy
