SD Walk In Area on Reservations?

Noticed that there is a far amount of Walk In Areas (WIA) on the Cheyenne River Rez. Can you hunt on them and state land with a regular (non-rez) SD deer tag?

No deer in West River SD, they all caught the blue tongue- check out east river.

I know there isn't iam hunting for the deadheads..

All you need is a state license on state land.
