It's about to get crazy here. Never done one of these. Got fresh shrimp that has to be cleaned, never done this before. Only thing holding this madness back. Youtube time I guess. Picked up all kinds of crap today. Shrimp, Gator, Boudin, Andoulle Snausage, Gator n Pork Snausage. If anybody wants this stuff fresh let me know, I will let the site know about it next time the guy rolls into town.
