He's already getting my vote in vain. I think I've paid attention to the news twice since Cruz dropped out. At this point in time are ANY of them going to change a mind? It's all wasted money and oxygen now.

anyone who has ever sold anything, has had to do some shit they didn't enjoy. I have a story that is true, and painful to repeat.

I had a customer that I stopped by to renew some business he had with me, it was a sizeable account and I was not prepared to lose it. This was the week after thanksgiving. Well the family had just sat up to the table when I came a knocking, and they insisted I sit and eat with them. As it turns out they had goats that they milked daily for the table...;:;banghead They had also combined all of the thanksgiving leftovers into one giant pot and turned all vegetables, turkey, stuffing, sauces, etc into one grotesque entrée.
I of course claimed to have just eaten as the smell was beyond nasty, and the milk in the dirty vase on the table was concerning.

The gentleman explained that no business was going to be done, or taken care off until I sat with his family and ate, so that is exactly what I did. This happened almost 20 years ago, and to this day I will not forget chocking down that warm glass of goat milk..;:;barf

Does this make me a sell out like Trump, doing what I did not want to do, to keep a business deal...

I have several clients that insist I have a drink with them when I stop at their farms/ranches, I have never turned one down, in fact one of them has some homemade moonshine that is like drinking gasoline, and I once had to have my wife come and get me, as I could hardly stand up.

Sometimes doing things one doesn't necessarily want to do is required in the sales game, it is what it is.

I feel the same way. It pretty much bites that it's been a long time since I voted for someone I really liked, or thought would do a good job. All we ever do anymore is vote for the person who is the least terrible.

First, I am not a huge Trump fan, but one thing that really impresses me and I have to give him some of the credit, is how well spoken and intelligent his kids are: Ivanka, Donald and Eric. That tells me more about a person than a lot of other things.
