Saw a pair of Robins and a morning dove. Even a stripped gopher today. They will be froze to death by the week end.

We've had morning doves around most of the winter. Our mating pair have come back to their evergreen tree in our backyard about a month ago.

We have had 3 Robins drinking and bathing in are sump pump discharge water all winter.We had a Red wing Blackbird up until the end of Jan.

Now if mother nature would just read the memo and get the temps back to the 50s and 60s could get the boat out by Easter!

Spring is NOT here for me until I see three things in the same week. Robins, Mourning Doves, and WOOD DUCKS!!!! Woodies usually being the last of the three to show up. As of yet, I have only seen robins. (Sad Face)

And by “here” of course you mean it’s time to clean up a winters worth of dog poo in the back yard, right?

I just set the mower low and spread it around like a fertilizer spreader. Then water well.
