I was looking at some of the coverage of the teams standing, kneeling, sitting or not even coming out until the Anthem was over, and they said how that teams side of the field was empty. What would be good to see and what would change this quickly would be for the owners to see the stadiums nearly empty. I believe things would change very quickly when it started hurting their checkbooks. When their employees antics started costing them money they would hopefully get the same result any of us would if we didn't do what we were hired for.

Saw the anthem for raiders/redskins, haven't watch a pro game for most of last two seasons.
After seeing some, especially the whole raiders team my wife and I about puked our food out.
When our 5yr old daughter asked what the people sitting means I told her because they are lazy and lazy people shouldn't get paid. SEE IS 5 and already knows the Pledge of Aligence and understands respect to others.

You do realize that those on the ships were slaves sometimes by same skin color in another country sometimes and sold to same skin color people and sometimes to people of different color. WE have the right to turn off the TV, to not buy a game ticket, not purchase team merchandise, not participate in fantasy football leagues with those players or teams or support or acknowledge these arrogant fools in any way.
We have the right to turn our backs on those that disrespect this nations flag and anthem and the true core beliefs of what that stands for.
We have the right to honor a veteran and thank those that serve.

Very true with one differences. The NFL had an antitrust exemption. They are a government sponsored monopoly. It needs to stop. Pull them out from under their security blanket and the good owners will start cleaning things up pretty fast when they don't need to share with the rest of the freeloaders.

I have not since Capershit started his protest stated that people don't have a right to protest, if you go back to the first thread on this the Capershit started this I said at that time he had every right. Pretty funny how Homeslice just breezed by KurtR's statement "So they have a right to free speech but we don't.....Seems legit....the ol liberal way your racist if you don't agree with me is getting used up" without even a response. My hope is that the fans can put enough pressure of our own on the owners and the NFL with out right to protest and if this doesn't change HS will be sitting there on Sunday wondering how the hell it got to this, NO FOOTBALL on TV or in general. As I stated last year I put my life on the line for that flag as did many, many others and will not support any organization that disrespects that. Capershit not playing is the start of my hope. I ran a football pool this year hoping the NFL would somehow self police this situation., but if this continues I can guarantee you I will have nothing to do with football next year and as this year goes on just be checking scores because I have to to pay out my pool. I will stick to NASCAR and Hockey and can very easily do without football. The other thing that chaps my ass about Capershit is he says he never voted and with all this shit he is spewing has never tried to be a part of the solution. As I stated if not for the fact I am running a pool and owe it to other to follow thru with there $$$ I would be done the NFL right now but have to look at scores. They like to make up numbers and throw them around. Their ignorance of population dynamics often shows. Many people don't understand how populations increase
Many liberals will quote more blacks dying in the journey to America than the scientific estimated population of the entire continent of Africa. Slaves were money and these low life slave traders didn't respect people, but they didn't throw money away either.
