Report shows Troy Seibel dies of alcohol abuse

FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) - The Coroner Report for former North Dakota Deputy Attorney General Troy Seibel, obtained by KFGO, listed his cause of death as “complications of chronic ethanol abuse.” Seibel was found dead on September 3rd in South Bend, IN at the age of 48.

Seibel was serving as Wayne Stenehjem’s chief deputy attorney general when Stenehjem died in office in January 2022. Seibel resigned from the position two months later, after Drew Wrigley was appointed attorney general.

Seibel was later named in an investigation that looked into the deletion of Stenehjem’s emails as well as cost overruns for remodeling a building leased by the AG’s office.

The problem is we will never know depth of what went on , there are so many unanswered questions from Holmberg to Bala , at least she finally got paid
