2: NO, the government is mostly keeping the land acquired and 'allowing' it to be farmed. Its a bad deal all around, except for those in power. ANC is basically a terrorist organization (supported by Russia in the past) that waged war on its rivals and took over the country while the world sat back and watched (white guilt?). Those who oppose their ways, no matter the color of your skin, get 'necklaced' or something similar...

The most ironic thing is; after the Blacks take over the farm productivity goes way down and more of them starve.

Exactly my points. This govt. is doing exactly what they fought against and are now doing the same thing only worse. Additionally, if whites were the cause of their problems, why are the south african folks WORSE off with their new govt? I figure in 5 years, if this insanity continues, south africa will enjoy a standard of living very much on par with Haiti.

I know a guy who grew up in SA during his early childhood before his parents fled for a safer life. He still has plenty of family there he visits about every other year. Its ridiculous some of the shit that has happened there. He has had family members get farms taken from them and like others have said they go from a productive farm to a wasteland very quickly. Everyone (white) lives in highly secured communities where everything you need is within the walls and you need a damn retina scan to get into. Some of his family members have still been robbed, shot etc.

One of the worst things for Africa has been the whole "end starvation" scheme justifying the US dumping food on that continent. It spawned huge population growth while at the same time destroying local economies. Also gave bad people another tool to use to secure and hold power in many 'shit hole' countries...
