Has anyone tried them? I just ordered the jigging walleye rod and I hoping its better than my current G-Loomis. One thing I don't like about my current rod is it doesn't have a place where my finger rests on the rod blank. The one I just ordered has the handle I like, plus its half the price. I'd like to try the St Croix Legend Elite, but its too much $$$.

Have 1ea of the GTS 7' ML casting and spinning rods that I use for casting cranks. They've been my "go-to" rods for that purpose for 3-4 seasons. I know I'm jinxing, but, I haven't broken either yet despite my rather rough treatment regarding getting un-snagged as well as lifting fish into the boat on a very short lead.
