Why is it, that you can come in from outside all hot and sweaty and a HOT shower STILL feels great? Why doesn't it make you feel even hotter and sweatier?

I will continue to sweat after a hot shower if I am hot and sweaty before I go in. I usually take a cooler shower if I am hot, or I will turn it to cold after I am done cleaning myself and cool off before getting out.
Same

At the end of washing your body off start slowly turning the water to cold. At the end you need to force yourself to stand under it with only cold on. That will bring your core temp down. It may even sting but if you've ever taken an ice bath you know it will fade.

At least they are not considered dudes!
So which is worse, being gay or someone who is hanging onto an offensive moniker? Remember who turned this into a shit show, the guy who went off subject.

It’s the massaging effect of the hot running water. It relaxes your muscles and joints.
