What make and number ? They arn't worth a lot but If it's fairly complete with most of the parts, threshing show enthusiasts might want to buy it. Otherwise I'd give it to a county fair or museum if you want it out of the pasture. If it were mine, I'd leave it in the pasture, they don't eat much hay.

Depends on how much of a project to get it operational, could be $50 could be $500, in reality not much. IF you can find the right person looking for a project you would get it moved at least. A good majority of the show areas and I got to think even museums aren't taking them even as a donation because they are not that hard to find they just end up taking up space for other things, WMSTR doesn't hardly take donations on working equipment let alone project or static exhibit because they became a junk yard of random stuff that people didn't want on their place. My buddy had 2 good working Farmall A's with woods mowers he was going to donate for mowing the property and he would probably be the one taking care of them and the board won't make a decision on them, working mowers for FREE and nothing.
That said you can still throw out feelers for make/best offer and try some different tractor/threshing clubs to see what you come up with. Just don't expect high value just because it is old.

scrap iron is paying pretty good right now, not sure it would be worth more than that.
unfortunately we didn't take advantage of when scrap prices where actually really good years ago. Now I still have all the junk that I try to work around and occasionally move/drag around. Need to try to find a scrap company to come out and take some of what we have.

There was a guy out of Bismarck that did a farm cleanup. If you just want junk gone, he did it for free and kept the scrap money. It was the best thing we ever did. Who cares about $1000, we have a totally clean farm yard now.

Yeah that's the thing unfortunately I have to find something closer to the Fargo area. I would clean and haul myself but trying to find the time with all other family stuff these days, take vacation to bust my butt, then even trying to load or tear things apart like an old 20ft high towable grain dryer and two old round bailers, etc. 80-90mi round trip for what maybe $85 per ton or less? By the time I would be done I bet I would burn over half the money in fuel.
Then if I do find someone that would do similar as you guys can I trust them enough to feel like I don't have to babysit things, yes I have some trust issues at times

LOL I get it. We marked what to keep and let him run free. He didn’t use a torch, had an excavator with a shear. Cut everything up with that. Rolled up grain bins like they were tin foil. No idea what he got and don’t care. I thought I’d never see the day all that crap was gone. Incredibly happy. He traveled 100 miles from Bismarck. I need to find his #.

Yeah I know the owner and a few of the other guys on the dirt side, they are customer's of ours. I keep thinking about talking with them about it one day. probably the best option overall because they have the big equipment to get things done and not be camped out for 12mo.

New Rockford has a good show, I think there is one in Drake still, Braddock, Makoti, Lansford, Andover SD has one, Dalton MN, Little Falls MN just to name a few off the top of my head. You should be able to use Google to find out info on them
Get a hold of Rollog. I would believe they have a list of the people that do the demonstrations.

https://rollag.com/
They do have individual names if that is what you are suggesting but that doesn't mean they are going to give out people's names to just anyone. Another thing you need to understand is that around a show such as Rollag some demonstrators only mess with the equipment they run for that weekend plus a day or two checking things over making sure everything works.
