i've been meaning to post on this thread for a while. you know what i find amusing? for a couple of years at least, we had people complaining about issues they either saw with the formatting and/or the moderating. a lot of times, the folks complaining were regular members/posters who played a huge role in bringing conversation/hits/views to the site. you know what the response inevitably was? if you don't like it, go start your own site and make your own rules . you know what happened? someone finally took their advise. you know the result? the place is now practically a dead sea and the person who listened to the masses and not just the vocal minority has a thriving site. i still visit and post and am actually sad about how things turned out over there. however, this site seems to have fixed many of the formatting issues the old one had that we harped on and appears to be run better than good. isn't it ironic? don't you think? a little too ironic? ya... i really do think!

Only the admins and a few test accounts. I have had this forum license for years, and was working on a different site before I decided to do NDA.

I would love to watch there counter on unique clicks to see just how steep of a death spiral they are in. I first joined that site back in the late 90's or whenever it first started but its toast at this point.

I've been in Red Lodge for a week. Checked this forum out so decided to look at FBO out of curiosity and to see how much things have changed in the week. I went back to the second photo page to see the same photos from before I left. It wasn't too long ago you would have to go back two pages in less than a day if you wanted to see the latest. Curiosity gets me at work, so I check them out occasionally. For some reason this site is blocked at work.

ya... i like to think it has little to do with the mods or tobes and more to do with the fact that i am just really effing cool!
