http://www.traegergrills.com/recipes/beef/egg-brisket-hash
[h=3]Ingredients[/h]
[h=3]Preparation[/h] Place a cast-iron skillet on grill to pre-heat with grill.
When ready to cook, start the Traeger on Smoke with the lid open until a fire is established (4-5 minutes). Turn temperature to 450 degrees F and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes.
Place oil, peppers, and onion in the skillet; sauté until they are translucent.
Add garlic and cook 3 more minutes. Add cooked potatoes and brisket. Cook until the brisket is heated through, about 10 minutes. Sprinkle salt and pepper and stir. Enjoy!
Really... it calls for 3 eggs BUT DOESN'T TELL YOU WHEN TO ADD THEM!! ....
maybe I'm being picky.... but i want to know im doing the recipe right!!! is that so much to ask!!
Rant over...

After some deduction work and calculating.... figured on the bread the FIRST 3 INGREDIENTS are the topping ingredients... it still would be nice to just come out and say COMBINE FIRST 3 INGREDIENTS FOR TOPPING ... or something like that... but still the beef brisket hash.. the 3 eggs are still a mystery to me.. :;:deadhorse
