Hint of salt, very sweet with a peppery finish. Texture is slightly chewy; much easier on the teeth than red meat jerky.

Really tasty fresh. Sure it will be good cold too.

Hey! Glad it turned out. I’m open for improvements on the recipe. I sniped the recipe from a family member who modified it from an Alaska salmon recipe modified for fish common to our home range. It’s different for sure. I love jerky, and this adds to the different jerkies I make throughout the year.

About the salt..........Science “says” too much is bad, so I always try to keep the sodium levels as low as edible.
