I'm not sure where they're planning it. If they do it smart, they'll build dike to make short bridge over just the Channel.

Building a dike would create a bottle neck changing the flow of water and could have an adverse effect in high water years all the way to Bismarck, similar to what interstate bridge dike did north of Bis in the hoge island area.
