Water Temps

Any idea what the water temps are on Sak, around the Beulah area? Also, any idea on Audubon? May dictate which location I fish this weekend.

Aud was at 50 yesterday

would think by Thursday or Friday temps should be back to high 50s in most bay areas. Going to hit White Earth Thursday to see what's going on.

Went out last night from Dakota Waters. Main lake 45-46 degrees, way back in the bays warmest I found was 52.

So, does a guy assume the fish will be spread out? Or in the warmer shallows? Water temps still pretty chilly ...

My gut tells me to find the warmer water, but all I managed was two pike, not a walleye found. I did have the entire lake to myself!

I'm going for warmer shallows still... I've only marked fish out to 15' so far

This time of year we always find most of the fish in the bays, warmer water, and 4-8 fow. Minnows seem to work the best, but crawlers or leeches sometimes work too.

jig structure, points, rocky areas.

hope the water temp is in that 50* + range by Friday. Haven't fished the big girl since this winter.
