Just made myself a grilled hamburger, with slice of cheese, a fried egg, peanut butter, and burger pickles on a toasted bun. This is a first for me. Will I eat it again? :D............................ Absolutely :;:thumbsup

Two dishes from Germany come to mind, Potato salad with shredded turkey on top. The second is called Hakapeter (Not sure on the spelling) Ground smoked pork (think raw hamburger consistency) on rye krip hard tack with mustard and oniion. The potato salad and shredded turkey I still have from time to time the other can not be sold in the US.

Butter toast in tomato juice. When we were kids, I was partial to peanut butter and bologna. My sister was jelly and bologna.

Ketchup on mac and cheese

Peanut butter and soy sauce. Warm the peanut butter and mix in soy sauce makes a great dip for chicken.

Doritos Salsa Verde chips and a glass of milk. Not sure why but man that sure goes together nicely.

Also I will second peanut butter toast with bananas on it.

Easy crock pot recipe
Grab a beef roast and throw in a jar of baby pickle. I will add some coke to top it off set it for 10hrs on low. Some good eats. The pickles will have a strong flavor of beef and the beef will have a dill flavoring. Fricken awesome.

I am wondering how many of these recipes started with a drunk standing in front of a relatively empty fridge thinking, yeah that sounds good!
