I'm glad to see riot police out there today arresting anyone who trespassed on private property including two reporters. If they keep this up and in force the law uniformly it will definitely help their over all legal case that is highly likely with eco bitch. If what they said earlier is true if any of these protesters are caught again it's a violation of a restraining order which will definitely have more teeth than misdemeanor trespassing. Should be an interesting show the next few days if this keeps up.

Perhaps if you waited until law enforcement actually had time to do the "job" you said you would tell them to do before labeling them "full on retarded" you might realize as they gain identification of the people breaking the law they are arresting them so your claims of "selective Justice" is a bit like the protesters themselves.

Good lord man if your not going to bother actually reading the post stop posting because it's like having a debate with an illiterate 5 year old. Yes I'm sure nearly two months wasn't enough time for them to do their job right. I'm also sure that after a week and a half and hundreds of hours of video they were only able to ID two people. If thats the case they are the shittiest detectives I've ever heard of. Gee sure would be a head scratcher on watching those videos and linking finger prints on the equipment with their owners. I'm sure that would never work because none of these people have police record or their fingerprints on file! Nope no identifying tattoos that would never be on file either!

A Constitutional scholar that claims a reporter can not be arrested for breaking the law by trespassing is not much of a Constitutional scholar.

I live just east of New Salem and yesterday saw numerous vehicles with out of state plates headed up and down county roads leading to the pipeline that were obviously not part of the pipeline construction crews. Prolly out scouting the next area to attack progress.
