Here's a novel ideal. The Morton county sheriff can set up a meeting with all the leaders in Mandan. The FBI can set up an ambush I mean road block on a blind corner, 1806 should have a couple good locations. When they make the initial traffic stop they can fire a rubber bullet at the guys when they have their hands up and out the window. When the lead vehicle takes off and comes around the blind corner they can start shooting at the vehicle from 300 ft away. Hopefully the vehicle tries to go around the road block and gets stuck in the ditch. When the driver jumps out with his hands in the air Prairie Ghost can fire a couple rounds at him all the time yelling to other officers " he's shooting he's shooting". After the man is shot dead by the local sheriffs department Prairie Ghost can pick up his spent shell casing and not report firing the two rounds. During the investigation when Prairie Ghost is asked about firing two rounds and the missing shell casings by the investigators he can lie about it. When the remaining protestors get word of this it should clear the camp rather quickly and we will all, except one guy, live happily ever after including Prairie Ghost who will have gotten to scratch his itchy trigger finger.

The current situation was allowed to get out of hand but they are stepping up their arrests. I am glad to see they are starting to charge some of the protestors with felonies which will get the others to think about what they are about to do.

Police Fatally Shoot 13-Year-Old; BB Gun Found at Scene

A police officer fatally shot a 13-year-old he was trying to detain following reports of an armed robbery, according to officials in Columbus, Ohio.
Authorities identified as the boy as Tyree King. The Columbus Division of Police said in a statement that King "pulled a gun from his waistband" when officers attempted to take him and another male into custody Wednesday night.
Following the shooting, police said investigators recovered a BB gun with an attached laser sight from the scene.
Police were called to a report of a group of people — including one armed with a gun — demanding money at 7:42 p.m. ET.
Officers arriving at the scene saw three people matching the suspects' descriptions around a block away. However, when they attempted to speak with them, two of the males ran away, according to the police statement.
"Officers followed the males to the alley ... and attempted to take them into custody when one suspect pulled a gun from his waistband," it added. "One officer shot and struck the suspect multiple times."

Yup, I think that's the way I read it too when I first heard about this fiasco , It's not uncommon to get verbal approval to start construction once all the proper paper work has been submitted and approved. I thought that's what the ruckus was all about, Then later I read that the Historical society signed off on the paperwork without a site visit. If this is within an existing right of way of another pipeline that would explain why, I see no problem with that. Petty sure you could go on a witch hunt of drilling and construction permits and find quite a few that have a verbal to start construction before the contractor receives the hardcopy in the mail, Unless things have changed I the last two years.

Seems like it's all one sided on the media. Everything has been spun so they are the victims the whole time. Murrica needs the trufe about the pipeline. All I see across social media is back assword stories about everything. America has been duped by the misinformation being spun out of the camp. Tonight, we set the record somewhat straight..........I may, scratch that, will most likely get sued by the tribe, so be it......I can't sit back and watch the vomit be spewed anymore.
