I call this "Pard" Hash Without the Disgusting Onions As Modified By Svnmag:

Place desired amount of bacon between paper towels and nuke one minute per slice on "high".

Fry two sliced/diced/whatever potatoes-- skin on. When spuds are done crack three eggs on top. Stir around until the eggs are slightly underdone. Reduce heat a bit. If you ain't ate it; crumble the bacon on top then blanket with a shitton of sharp cheddar. Cover until the cheese is melted. Slide onto a plate and add a good dollop of sour cream. Good stuff.

Of course there's myriad seasonings and mods. My absolute favorite is frying the potatoes in two or three packs of Taco Bell "Fire" and nothing else. Watch the salt...

Anyways; my supper.

Tonight it was beef ribs smoked to perfection with baked potatoes. Basted the ribs in wagyu tallow throughout and MAN were they good!
