I am cooking a 15lb dry rub brisket and the Mrs Sub is cooking a big ham, mashed potatoes, oven roasted green beans, and has 2 deserts. She made a carrot cake and a cheese cake. I think my moms bringing cheese covered hash browns, one of my sisters is bringing 2 appetizers, and the other is bringing some sort of compliment dish for the brisket.

Happy Easter guys.

That's one hell of a spread sub. I dont know what my family had planned. My inlaws, brothers inlaws, and my parents are all meeting at one place today. Not having to run around to multiple houses is better than any meal. Happy Easter everyone.

I put 2 hours of smoke on a 13lb brisket, and right now mrs johnr has it in a roaster with some secret blend marinade to cook for 6 hours. Then the usual other goodies.
We also have a ham incase anyone is not a fan of the brisket.
