My all time favorite is Capt Crunch (original, berries are for birds).

Favorite hot cereal is steel cut oats with a dab of country crock, little milk and some sugar. Regular cream of wheat aint too bad either...

Homemade granola and Chobani yogurt with a Kefir yogurt smoothie chaser.

Afterward I go out and hug trees for 10 minutes.

Then - with my zen properly achieved - I come back inside and I'm ready to read NDA (and flush all that good vibe down the crapper).

I think the captain crunch is likely mine too. I however have 2 eggs, 2 slices of wheat toast, and 3 strips of bacon 5 to 7 days a week.

Coffee. It comes in a mug that I can put in my hand, then walk out the door, and bring it to work, and all of my favorite haunts. They allow it in Target, and it fits in my backpack too, when I fish in the morning. I also can rinse out my eyebrows with it, and it's good for marinating a T-bone with.

I make a pot of oatmeal every morning for the family's breakfast. Mama, No. 1 son and I enjoy it a lot. Also usually fry up a couple eggs and some toast. The Peanut enjoys her eggs scrambled with a bit of cheese, but hasn't tried oatmeal yet. She'll turn 1 in June.

We usually buy thick-rolled oats, but got a big bag of RedMill Steel Cut oats and it's been pretty dynamite. I think we'll get that again.

There are a bunch of boxes of cold cereal around, too, but they linger a long time. We just don't eat it that much.

Why I say why would you ruin a good t bone with a coffee marinade or any marinade for that matter? haha

Cinnamon Toast Crunch.

Oatmeal with half and half, cinnamon, brown sugar, and large fresh raisins.

I have quite the sweet tooth (which would explain my fatness) but I do not like sugary cereals. Rice crispys or cheerios for me.

I also dont like cereal in the morning. It tastes better after 6pm.

Only downside to SC oats is they take forever to cook...

A few of my past favorites include:
PB Captian Crunch (harder on gums than original IMO)
Coco Pebbles
Cookie Crisp
Frosted Flakes
Honey Smacks
Corn Flakes (with brown sugar)
Grape Nuts (why is it called this?) made into warm cereal in the microwave, gotta time i just right tho or it gets too soft.

Coffee and a stick of cheese. If I actually get up for the gym (its been a lazy week) I'll get a protein shake in.
